The two suites, one 160 sqm and one 100 sqm are spacious and perfect for couples, families and business guests. We added the floor plan of the apartments in Photos, kindly check the Photos section for the floorplans or ask us anything We warmly welcome you to a home where you can relax after a full day exploring the city: - Comfortable mattresses, pillows with 100% cotton bed linens - All travel essentials for light travelers: shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer and large bath towels - Large LED Smart TVs with access to local and international TV channels, Netflix and Youtube - Fully equipped kitchen with glass top stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, fridge and freezer - Nescafe espresso maker and drinking water (so we can all reduce the use of plastic bottles!) - Washer/Dryer, drying rack, iron & iron board Guest access TWO apartments on the same high floor of a mixed-use commercial and residential building, as such it is very safe, quiet, and well-maintained. Our guests will have exclusive access to the whole apartment and shared amenities of the Sailing Tower, plus: - Other services available upon request: airport transfer, daily housekeeping, currency exchange, grocery delivery, car/bike rental - 24/7 security on the ground floor - Secured building with surveillance cameras in the lobby and hallway, heat detectors, hard-wired smoke alarms, and a computer-controlled access system - Amenities access can be restricted based on last-minute building maintenance/repairs or condominium policy changes Other things to note * Airport pick-up/drop-off service Is available 24/7, please let us know in advance if you are interested in this service so we can arrange for you. * Housekeeping If your stay is 5 nights or longer, we will arrange a complimentary mid-stay housekeeping. For daily service, simply contact us for more information. Please note that the cleaning fee you have paid is just for 1 time when you check out * Towels We supply each guest with a set of 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. We change towels during housekeeping service. In the meantime, you may use the ensuite washer/dryer to keep them fresh during your stay * Early Check-In If the apartment is available, you are welcome to enjoy 2 hours of early check-in (i.e. at 2PM instead of 4PM). Guests who arrive in the morning before 11AM are encouraged to book the night before, reach out to us for special offer for the additional night. * Late Check-Out If the apartment is available, we can offer up to 2 hours later than our policy of 11AM. From the 3rd hour, we will charge half day till 5pm and full day from 5pm onward * Luggage Storage If your flight arrives earlier than check-in time, you can drop off luggage at 12PM. If your flight leaves later than check-out time, we can help to keep your luggage until 2:00PM.
