The space L'Avocette en Baie is the ideal place for lovers of walks or nature. The house is arranged over 3 levels. On the ground floor: Entrance, separate toilet, kitchen, living/dining room, access to the outside with terrace and private parking. On the 2nd floor: Bathroom (bathtub) with toilet and washing machine, double bedroom (140 cm bed). On the 2nd floor: Double bedroom (140 cm bed) and bedroom with 2 single beds. Parking: 1 parking space in the residence is dedicated to you (free). There is only one free parking lot in Saint Valery sur Somme. It is about 1.5 km away on foot, and the path that leads to it runs along the Somme. Paid parking throughout the city from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. except between noon and 2 p.m. If you want to park in town, we'll give you a discount code for 50% off daily payment.
