Located within minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, Children's Hospital of Phoenix on Thomas Rd., Biltmore area with shopping/restaurants. Close (4.6 miles) to downtown Phoenix. We try to the best to make your stay comfortable. Guest access The entire studio guesthouse and side yard/patio is for you. There is a charcoal BBQ there with tools, you must provide charcoal. Access to washer/dryer is located outside, through the french doors to the right side. However, the backyard is for the front house property! Other things to note The directions to assemble the ottoman/cot are taped into the desk drawer. Linens and blankets are located in the closet. If you bring pets, you must pick up the yard after your own pet.
