Ideally located 1 km from the most beautiful circuit in the world! Close to shops: restaurant/pizzeria, bakery, butcher, grocery store. The city of Spa (Casino, Thermal Baths), Malmedy, Coo (Ploopsa), ski slope and many activities nearby (cinema, bowling, Ravel, etc.) The space 38 m2 studio with terrace comprising 1 bedroom with double bed (160 cm) open to the lounge area with sofa bed (140 cm mattress) and flat screen TV, equipped kitchen (oven/microwave, fridge/refrigerator, ceramic hob) and kitchen utensils (pans, saucepans, etc.), salt/pepper, olive oil, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), kettle, citrus juicer, dining area table/chairs for 4 people, bathroom with shower and sink, separate toilet, pellet stove. Services included: cleaning fees, bed linen, bath sheets, toilet paper. * for the use of the sofa bed (only for reservations of 2 people who do not wish to sleep in the same bed) it is possible only upon request in advance. In order to provide everything you need (duvet, pillow, etc.) for an extra €20 to be paid in cash and on site on the day of your arrival.
