Trails End Condominiums boasts more than just an unbeatable location, steps from the Peak 9 base and within walking distance to the town's dining, shopping and nightlife. Here, you're just steps away from all the activities that make Breckenridge a premier destination year-round. Onsite amenities include free parking for one vehicle, an oversized hot tub, on-site laundry facilities that uses a smart-phone app for payment, coin-operated ski storage, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout. Trails End is going to be undergoing construction starting when the Base of Peak 9 closes for the 24/25 ski season. The closure will likely take place from mid-April to December. The HOA tells us that noise may occur through the complex while they work. And for those moments when relaxation is your pursuit, the Upper Village Pool Complex beckons with and indoor/outdoor heated pool, changing rooms, hot tubs and a sunbathing area, available seasonally (Subject to spring and fall closure periods).
