We wish your stay is amazing! To ensure that everything goes smoothly for you and our community, we kindly ask you to follow these rules: 1. SILENCE AND NEIGHBORHOOD 🤫 Quiet hours: Strictly from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Avoid dragging furniture or speaking loudly in the hallways and common areas. 2. VISITORS AND PARTIES 🚫🥳 Parties Prohibited: Events of any kind are strictly prohibited. Visitors: Only guests registered in the reservation are allowed to access the property. If you wish to have someone over, please consult the management in advance (there may be an additional fee). 3. SMOKING AND PETS 🚭🐾 No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property (including vapes and hookahs). If an odor is detected, a cleaning fee will be charged. Pets: Not allowed. 4. TAKE CARE OF THE PROPERTY 💡🔌 Air conditioning: Turn it off whenever you go out. Trash: Dispose of in the building's bins at [Trash Location]. Damage: If anything happens, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can resolve it without any hassle. 5. CHECK-OUT 🔑 Departure time: until 11 am Before leaving, check windows, lights and air conditioning. 6. SECURITY DEPOSIT 💳 A security deposit will be charged in the amount of R$500, which is returned after check-out if everything is in accordance with the rules. In the event of damage, non-compliance with the rules, or the need for extra cleaning, the amount may be used in part or in full. ⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE Failure to comply with these rules may result in the withholding of the security deposit and/or a request to vacate the property.
