Originally the carriage house of Jerome Wheeler, one of the town’s greatest benefactors, this building has been lovingly renovated with beautiful detail. Each of the three apartments is a fully-independent living space with its own digitally-secure, steel-clad entries. All are built to commercial codes with all-new electrical, plumbing and heating systems. Safety features include a one-hour fire separation between all units, smoke and CO detectors, and fire extinguishers. All are individually insulated for comfort and quiet. All apartments feature well-equipped kitchens with granite countertops, dishwasher, full laundry, HD televisions with satellite service, original artwork, king-size beds with memory foam-topped mattresses, jetted bathtubs, air conditioning, a deck or patio, free parking and wifi. Guest access Parking is free for one vehicle per apartment in our lot behind the house. The parking lot is at the 2nd floor of the house. Guests in our 2nd floor units enter their units right off the parking lot. 1st floor guests must walk down the pathway from the parking lot to the front of the house to enter their unit. 2nd floor guests need to descend a flight of stairs to exit out the front of the house to the park or downtown.
