This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home located between Winter Park and Fraser is perfect for the entire family or families wanting to vacation together. It is nestled on the hillside overlooking the town of Winter Park and Fraser Valley and provides spectacular views of Byers Peak and the Arapaho National Forest. Only a few minutes from WP Ski area, you can drive to the resort or take a free shuttle a short distance from our home. Begin your day in the fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen table that serves 8 and a breakfast counter that serves 2. Upon your return, relax in comfortable leather sofas while you enjoy the mountain views, warm yourself with the gas stone fireplace or catch your favorite HD show on the 47 inch flat screen TV. Better yet, step out on the wrap around porch that surrounds three sides of the house to relax and breath in the fresh mountain air. The main level bedroom includes a king sized bed with a flat screen TV and attached full bathroom. The private upstairs room has full bathroom, queen sized bed and large writing desk. Catch up on email using the in house Wi-Fi or journal about your day fishing in our community stocked pond, The lower level has the master suite with a warm walnut king sized bed, windows that take in the expansive mountain views, a large sliding glass door which leads you to the patio and a large 8 person hot tub. The master private bathroom has his & her sinks, a soaking tub and separate shower. The bunk room is on this floor with 2 sets of natural wood bunk beds (sleeps 4) and its own private bathroom with shower. Laundry facilities are on this level as well with a high efficiency front loading system. The extra large hot water heater will keep all the showers warm and the spacious 2 car garage eliminates any early morning ice scraping. We are in the Rendezvous development which is located on a hillside with incredible views of the mountains and the town of Winter Park below us. It is very quiet and well maintained. Steps outside our door there is a hiking/snowshoeing trail system, 600+ miles of mountain bike trails, or numerous other outdoor activities in the area. The free ski shuttle is located 1/2 mile from our house and if you don't want to walk there, you can drive to the other shuttle stop at the Rendezvous entrance where you can also park your car. We have implemented a new cleaning protocol at our home. The protocol includes upgrading to a hospital-grade cleaning process and using a scientific scan. We use a highly effective disinfectant (80X stronger then bleach, deployed to many hospitals) and then audit the clean with a real time ATP Luminometer to ensure it meets cleanliness standards for new normal demands.
