Enjoy your holiday with Franz, the quiet yet centrally located accommodation in the heart of Lermoos. Relax in our spacious garden with arbors and a barbecue area. Or experience our area on foot or by bike; various hiking and biking trails start right outside our front door. We are also happy to accommodate your four-legged friends. These cost €10 per pet per night and will be charged separately on arrival. The space The Grubigstein flat is located on the ground floor of our guesthouse. With 70sqm, it is the largest and, thanks to some renovation work, also the most modern flat at the Franz. This flat shines with two separate bedrooms with their bathroom with toilet and shower. In the spacious dining and living room, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, etc., as well as a corner bench with a table matching the flat. The living room offers a couch that can be converted into a sofa bed and provides space for two more people. Furthermore, there is a movable LED TV in the living room. Your pets are also welcome to stay with us, but they cost €10 per pet per night extra. Guest access The entire garden, as well as the arbors, sunbathing area, and barbecue area, are, of course, at the free disposal of our guests. For our guests, a lockable wooden shed with sockets is free of charge directly opposite the main entrance as a storage room for prams, skis, snowboards, bicycles, or other bulky items directly in front of our house. The basement of our house offers a guest laundry room with a washing and drying machine (4€ per load) and a boot dryer, as well as a guest room with a refrigerator, board games, playing cards, and books in various languages. We provide bed linen, towels, and tea towels. Furthermore, you will receive complimentary WiFi throughout the house. Other things to note For our guests during winter, we offer a 30% discount on the rental of ski, snowboard, or cross-country ski equipment in our family-owned ski rental shop. This offer is only available in our branch at the Hotel Alpenrose in Lermoos. Furthermore, you receive various price advantages all year round in our family-owned fashion shop (Hofherr Mode, Unterdorf 25, 6631 Lermoos).
