The apartment is very central, close to everything. It is situated in a quiet and well maintained complex, 10 minutes walk away from the beach. Large and very spacious one bedroom apartment with terrace, recently renovated with all the amenities you need, located in a central apartment complex, in the heart of Playa De Las Americas. The bedroom is located on the inside of the complex and benefits from a lot of tranquility and offers a serene atmosphere. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, TV, coffee table and bar. The american kitchen is well equipped with microwave, fridge, kitchen utensils, stove, and oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and a bathtub. The terrace with a set of garden furniture is perfect for enjoying breakfast and dinner with a breeze. The terrace is a sun catcher and the sunbeds are provided. The pool is open. Guests can access the complex pool according to pool opening hours listed on-site. Guest access It is very central in a safe neighbourhood in Las Americas, 2 minutes walk away from the supermarkets SuperDino and Dialprix. During the day could have potential for noise. Our complex is easily accessible by taxi, which takes about 20 minutes from the south airport. PARKING INFO: We offer a free parking inside the complex but we can't guarantee the availability of a free spot. No reservation is possible. There is also free street-parking around the complex. It gets a little demanded late mornings/mid-day but you can usually find one. The LATE CHECK-IN after 22:00 is possible and carries an extra cost of 40€. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the host. GUESTS: Please, leave the apartment in decent conditions like cleaning after cooking, washing dishes, throwing garbage etc. The final cleaning doesn't include them.
