Attic apartment with loggia The space If you want to have a good time with friends or a family reunion together under one roof, hold a workshop or simply relax in a spacious apartment, then you have come to the right place. With creativity and attention to detail, we have created this home for you. Modern, minimalist and reusable. Upcycling - we have created new things from old things with sustainability in mind. The apartment is equipped with some handmade individual pieces of furniture that are one-of-a-kind. There is a smooth transition from the entrance area to the kitchen. The kitchen/living room is fully equipped and has, among other things, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher as well as a stove and oven. The massive dining table can accommodate up to 10 people. From here, the view goes directly to the loggia, with the view over the rooftops of our small village. In the spacious living room, the evening sun illuminates the room. Here you can relax on two big sofas or spend a cozy TV evening together. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, in 2 of the bedrooms there is a box spring bed (180 x 200 cm), in another bedroom there is a French bed (box spring bed, 140 x 200 cm), the 4th bedroom has 2 single French beds (box spring bed, 140 × 200 cm). All bedrooms have open closets. There are two bathrooms, which have a walk-in shower and a window. Free parking is available right in front of the house. A lockable room for bicycles is also available. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Our "village with a heart" is located on the heights of the lovely Tauber Valley. Whether hiking on hiking trails through idyllic landscapes and forests or being athletically active on our mountain bike trails, exercise, relaxation and enjoyment are close by. The romantic town of Wertheim is worth a visit (21 km), relax in the Solymar thermal baths or visit the wildlife park, both in Bad Mergentheim (30 km).
