To that effect, we provide: - Generator, AC, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers - Iron, torch, washing machine and dryer - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Barbecue, bar, bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 10 cars This is a wheelchair-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 7 spacious bedrooms - 3 on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor. - All rooms offer a variety of amenities including an AC, Wi-Fi access, attached balconies overlooking the mountains and en suite bathrooms.  - 2 rooms have a queen-sized bed, while all other rooms have king-sized beds.  BATHROOMS - There are 7 ensuite bathrooms and 1 common bathroom in the main villa. - There are separate changing rooms with a shower near the pool area. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. - A separate dressing area is offered in all the ensuite bathrooms. - One of the ensuite bathrooms also has a bathtub. INDOOR AREAS - There are 2 expansive living rooms - both on the ground floor.  - The first living room can comfortably seat up to 10 people and is equipped with Wi-Fi and AC.  - The second living room offers sofa-style seating for up to 30 people. It is equipped with a wired music system and AC.  - It opens up to a balcony overlooking splendid views. It can seat up to 10 people.  - There is a separate dining area that can comfortably seat up to 14 people and is equipped with an AC.  - Next to the second living room is the bar area, complete with 6 bar stools.  - Guests can enjoy their favourite movies in the private TV Room, which is on the ground floor. - There is a well-equipped gym on the first floor.  - Approximately 50 metres from the main villa is another unit, housing the massive indoor swimming pool with a kids’ pool. - It is 70x40 ft. in size and up to 6 ft. in size. Guests can lounge on the pool deck that offers pool loungers, sofas and coffee tables.  OUTDOOR AREAS  - The exteriors of the villa are an absolute delight. It is home to a 1.5-acre lawn spread throughout the home.  - The lawn features 3 attached gazebos, with ample seating arrangements and a water fountain.  - Guests can request for a bonfire to be lit up at the bonfire pit with seating arrangements for 18 people.  - Guests can enjoy a game of lawn tennis on the lawn tennis court.  - There is an amphitheatre on the lawn as well.  KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen - Crockery and cutlery are also available. FOOD - All meals can be provided at an additional cost. - Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge. - Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Outside food is not allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except the kitchen. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a refreshing splash in the indoor swimming pool, lounge on the pool loungers and enjoy quality time with their loved ones. Take a peaceful walk on the lawn and unwind in the gazebos. Enjoy a game of lawn tennis on the lawn tennis court. Relax by the amphitheatre. Request for a bonfire to be lit up at the bonfire pit and relish a lavish barbecue spread. While indoors, play games like carrom. Enjoy a piping hot cup of coffee on the balcony. Make the most of the well-equipped gym. Enjoy your favourite cocktails by the bar. Binge all those movies and TV shows in the private TV room. Unwind and soak in the picturesque valley views and unending mountainscapes. ADD-ON SERVICES - Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge. - Bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs 3500, excluding taxes, per day. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Washing machine is available at the property. - Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost. - A sports turf is available at the property HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The location of the villa is secluded. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - There is a friendly dog residing at the property. - Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for 24 to 48 hours. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well here. - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property. - Kindly be aware that while our villa provides heated pool amenities, however, there are certain circumstances that may affect its availability. These include the monsoon season, fluctuations in electricity supply, or potential power outages from the local electricity provider (MCSB). During such instances, guests may not have access to the heated pool facility.
