Dining Room: Beautiful dining room table with six comfortable chairs. Large windows allow a lot of daylight during the day, and interior lighting allows for a well-lit area for evening meals together. Kitchen: Large kitchen with natural lighting from the skylight and kitchen/dining room windows. It is fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, silverware, a coffee maker, a toaster, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Laundry: In-unit washer and dryer. Bathrooms: 1 full bathroom with a skylight at the end of the hallway connecting the three bedrooms. Another half bathroom adjoining the living room area. Back Yard: Access a large backyard with a patio offering stunning views of San Pablo Bay. I live in the back house with my 7-year-old German shepherd (Tyson). He is an amiable and obedient dog. Past guests and their kids love Tyson and enjoy playing fetch ball with him. I usually work from home, so I will be available if you have any questions. I am always available by phone and text, and at the same time, I will ensure that you and the other guests have complete privacy.
