The space The home comfortably sleeps 8 (you can add a queen-size air mattress in the living room to accommodate bookings with more than 8 guests) and offers 3 private bedrooms with lots of natural light from large windows and multiple skylights. You’ll also enjoy a spacious living room, a dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen with a refrigerator and dishwasher. The property has a large backyard with a patio, which offers breathtaking views of San Pablo Bay! Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed with a cool gel memory foam mattress and a twin-size bed bunk bed. Good-sized closet space and a nightstand. Hardwood floor. Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed with cool gel memory foam mattress, a nightstand, and a lamp. Hardwood floor. Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed with cool gel memory foam mattress, two nightstands, and a lamp. Hardwood floor. Living Room: 50-inch 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV HDR - Fire TV Edition in the living room and Wi-Fi. A comfortable recliner couch that sits three. Hardwood floor. Dining Room: Beautiful dining room table with six comfortable chairs. Large windows let in a lot of daylight during the day, and interior lighting provides a well-lit area for evening meals together. Kitchen: Large kitchen with natural lighting from the skylight and kitchen/dining room windows. It is fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, silverware, a coffee maker, a toaster, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Laundry: In-unit washer and dryer. Bathrooms: 1 full bathroom with a skylight at the end of the hallway connecting the three bedrooms. Another half bathroom adjoining the living room area. Back Yard: Access a large backyard with a patio offering stunning views of San Pablo Bay. I live in the back house with my 8.5-year-old German shepherd (Tyson). He is an amiable and obedient dog. Past guests and their kids love Tyson and enjoy playing fetch ball with him. I usually work from home, so I will be available if you have any questions. I am always available by phone and text, and I will ensure that you and the other guests have complete privacy. Guest access You’ll have access to the entire house and large backyard with a patio overlooking the stunning San Pablo Bay. Self-check-in/out with the lockbox. Other things to note I do not allow parties or events at my property. I also do not allow smoking inside. You may be charged up to $500 for the improper use of the property. Please respect the space. The Caltrain passes by behind the backyard. If the sound of the train horn is something that may bother you, this location may not be an ideal fit for you.
