The space - Well equipped kitchen with electric hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, rice cooker and kettle. - Glasses, cutlery, plates, bowels, cups, saucepan and frying pan - Swimming pools can be accessed by guests for a per-person fee (this is paid to, and processed by, Shore Residences building administration and the co-host can assist you if required). - Paid car parking is available in front of the building and near the Five E-Com Center on J.W. Diokno Boulevard next to SM Mall of Asia. Guest access You have exclusive access to the whole space, apart from one locked cabinet in the bedroom which contains clean spares of linen and towels. Guests also have access to the grand lobbies, function rooms, swimming pools, playground, jogging trail, numerous shops along the commercial strip and paid parking area. Other things to note Sithonia Suite is NOT a hotel. If there are any problems please call the co-host directly for urgent matters, and we also encourage you to message the host through the app so we can provide the fastest customer response possible. Please take note of the following important points: - Only booked guests are allowed to stay (maximum of 4 persons). - Strictly no smoking inside the unit is allowed, but you can smoke on the balcony. - Please turn off the lights, TV and air-conditioner every time you plan to leave the room vacant for more than 60 minutes and when you check out - Respect others during your stay and be mindful of excessive noise (strictly no partying and drunkenness allowed). - Please keep the room clean and treat the furniture, electrical appliances and kitchen items as if they were your own. - Empty garbage on a daily basis by using the dedicated garbage room located on the 17th floor. - Avoid dropping litter from the balcony, including cigarette butts, or hanging washing on the balcony as these actions can be easily observed by security guards and once reported result in Shore Residences building-management fines. - In the event of a guest causing a fine to be imposed during their stay we will seek compensation equivalent to the PHP fine from that guest. - After washing clothes use the drying rack provided, but you MUST keep this inside the unit positioned directly behind the opened balcony door.
