The space The apartment is situated on the 1st floor (no elevator!) and measures 80 m². It consists of three large rooms (bedroom, living room and balcony) joining the kitchen and bathroom and is ideally suited for 2 people. A pull-out sofa bed in the living room also provides extra sleeping space for two. Whether you spend a winter evening watching a film with surround sound or simply keep yourself warm in front of the cozy open fireplace, you’ll certainly feel comfortable here. In the loggia one can appreciate the beauty of this area, providing an unrestricted view into the green neighboring gardens. Enjoy a glass of wine or a good book on the comfortable sofa in the loggia; surrounded by green yet in the middle of Vienna! Guest access A private garage space is provided in the neighboring house if required. As the warmer months approach, the garden not only entices you with its colorful flowers and beauty. On hot days simply cool off in the pool or tan on the sun lounge. And for those swimmers needing more exercise, switch on the countercurrent setting for a more challenging swim! Just in case you feel like a change, feel free to grill some juicy steaks or crunchy vegetables on the patio on the charcoal barbeque. Simply enjoy all those warm & mild evenings in town by candlelight, under the stars. The garden, pool-area, patio and charcoal BBQ have to be shared with other tenants (2). A garage space in the neighboring house is available for rent if required. Other things to note The garage owner in the neighbouring house has banned the parking of electric or hydrogen-powered cars. This means we can only offer a paid parking space in the garage to guests who arrive in a car with a combustion engine.
