The main level also includes the living room area with a gas fireplace and TV, master bedroom, half bathroom, and a deck with a grill and private hot tub, overlooking the forest. The master bedroom has its own gas fireplace, TV, and bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. Downstairs you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms and remaining bathroom, pool table room with outside deck access, and a media room. Inside the media room is a large screen TV with a DVD player and surround sound, library of DVD’s and books, wet bar with a fridge, two queen-size sofa sleeper couches, and work station with a desk and printer. This home is located within walking distance to some of the Meyers amenities: Tahoe Paradise Park, golf, gas station, and the Holiday grocery market. Also located within close proximity in Meyers are some restaurants, hardware store, and a large quiet park with a pond. The Lake Tahoe beaches are approximately 10-15 minutes away, as well as the downtown area and casinos at the state line. During the winter months, Sierra-at-Tahoe and Heavenly are both within a 15 minute drive, with Kirkwood being approximately 30-45 minutes away.
