Apartment with private terrace The space Landsknecht vacation home Our apartment (78 m²) is located on the 1st floor and is suitable for 2 + 1 people. It has a double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with sofa bed and flat-screen TV, as well as a newly renovated bathroom with barrier-free shower. All rooms have free Wi-Fi. The outdoor seating area is reserved exclusively for our guests so that they can enjoy a mild summer evening or two. Living area Spacious living room with satellite TV, sofa bed, height-adjustable table, Wi-Fi Bedrooms Bedroom with large wardrobe, double bed 180 × 200 cm, bench at the end of the bed with storage compartment. Small storage room (e.g. for storing suitcases) behind the wardrobe. Bathrooms Our bathroom has just been renovated and has a barrier-free shower. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped: cozy sitting area, stove with ceramic cooktop and oven, hygienic stainless steel sink, dishwasher, kettle, radio, toaster, etc. Glasses, dishes, cutlery, pots, etc. ... and a small welcome gift from my happy chickens Welcome to the Landsknecht vacation home The vacation rental is located in Obervolkach directly on the bike path. Obervolkach is a small wine village in the heart of the Franconian wine-growing region on the Mainschleife and is only 3 km from Volkach. The cozy apartment has a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with sofa bed and flat-screen TV, and a renovated bathroom with barrier-free shower. Free Wi-Fi is a given. A storage facility with electricity for charging bicycles is also available and the parking space for a car is right by the house. Size: 78 m²
