Aloha 2 - neue Apartments Strand-und Stadtnah

My place is close to Burg auf Fehmarn, the south beach is about 3 minutes away by bike. 1 km, the old town in Burg in approx. 5 minutes by bike, approx. 1.5 km. Quiet and yet central. The semi-detached house has 2 apartments (Aloha 1 and Aloha 2), each has two floors, on the ground floor is the eat-in kitchen with TV, on the upper floor are two bedrooms, a double bed in one and two single beds in the other room. The space Quietly located but still close to the south beach and the inland lake. Walking distance in 10 minutes to the south beach with beach chairs, sun and the Baltic Sea as well as restaurants, promenade and cafes. Dog beach and children's playgrounds are available as well as natural beaches and bike paths all over the island. From our apartment to the right approx. 1.5 km to the old town of Burg with many shops and restaurants. New beds made of recycled wooden planks with mattresses that adapt to the lying position. LED TV on the ground floor and 2nd bedroom on the upper floor (children). The master bedroom with the double bed is open downwards without a door. The second bedroom has a door. The house is only inhabited by vacation guests. Underfloor heating at cold temperatures. Hot water via a heating system with solar thermal energy that always generates hot water. Guest access The small terrace is located next to the house with chairs and table under the cherry tree. Bicycles can be parked in the carport by arrangement. A car parking space is right in front of the apartment. Other things to note Bed linen and towels / dish towel are to be brought with you. Blankets and pillows are present. Can also be booked with, costs €35 per person / bed linen and towels, then please order with booking. Billing then on site. The Ostseecard / tourist tax can be ordered online in advance. Under Welcmpass / Ostseecard with indication of our name / address, we will then receive a confirmation. Pets / small well-behaved dog is welcome for an additional fee of €60 for the stay.
