Welcome to our beautiful holiday home "Ostseeperle Twintig" with 2 apartments. A spacious approx. 70 sqm attic apartment awaits you. The apartment has its own terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. There is a free parking space on the property or subject to availability in front of the property. After approx. 700 m you are already on the wonderful beach. For our little guests there are travel cots, high chairs and bed rails. The space We want you to feel comfortable and get in the holiday mood right away, which is why we have furnished and decorated your holiday apartment with great attention to detail. We hope you like it! Your holiday apartment has two bedrooms and a bathroom. In the spacious bathroom you will find a shower, hairdryer, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Thanks to an electric external blind, you can completely darken the bedrooms and the entire living area. This is how you can sleep in! You will also find a desk in the hallway to work on. In the fully equipped kitchen there are coffee filters, household rolls and cleaning supplies and much more... ;-) On the sideboard in the hallway you will find various board games and outdoor games. You can use the TV remote control to select from many television programs via the satellite system. (Tip: If there are problems, select the correct HDMI input in "Source" on the TV). On the terrace you can relax on the sun loungers, sunbathe and have a delicious barbecue. A charcoal grill is available here. Please bring charcoal with you and use the "ash bucket" provided to dispose of the ashes. Please leave the grill in such a way that the next guests can look forward to it. ;-) We hope we have thought of everything.
