The house is located in the heart of Peñíscola's walled city, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, the fishing port, and the castle gate. It's in the trendy area, surrounded by excellent restaurants. You'll be staying in a small, comfortable, independent apartment, perfect for a couple. It's ideal whether you want to visit this charming Mediterranean town, its beaches, its castle, its hiking trails, or work remotely, as we have fiber optic Wi-Fi. The space My apartment is located in the heart of Peñiscola, within the city walls, the most picturesque and authentic area of ​​the town, making it one of the most beautiful villages in the Mediterranean. The apartment is on the third floor of a typical Mediterranean house (no elevator), so it's ideal for active people. This house has belonged to my family for generations, so it holds special value for me. It has been recently and meticulously renovated and boasts high-quality amenities. The small apartment, measuring 30 m², with a maximum capacity of 2 guests, includes the following spaces: - Bedroom with a large queen-size bed (150 x 200 cm) to ensure a good night's sleep, LED lighting, sea views, and access to the outdoor terrace. The room also has 2 reading lamps and a wardrobe with a mirror. - The small 5 m² outdoor terrace offers views of the sea, the fishing port, and the Serra d'Irta Natural Park. It has a table and chairs for enjoying a glass of wine, breakfast, or lunch outdoors while taking in the pleasant sunset over the Mediterranean. - The kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator, toaster, etc.) and includes all necessary cooking utensils. The sink doubles as a washbasin. Basic cooking ingredients are provided, as well as complimentary tea, jams, and herbal infusions. Kitchen paper, dishcloth, dish soap, and a sponge are also provided, saving you the inconvenience and expense of purchasing these essential items. - The dining area features a dining table, comfortable chairs, a flat-screen TV, and access to the balcony overlooking Calle Mayor, a very picturesque area. - The bathroom has a shower with a screen. Toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and a hairdryer are provided. The sink is located outside the bathroom and doubles as a dishwashing sink. We offer high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi (1000 Mbps), allowing you to stay connected or work remotely without any issues. The apartment features a high-quality ducted air conditioning system (4000 BTU) and heating, ensuring a comfortable stay in both winter and summer. Guest access A washing machine is available on the rooftop (shared with up to two other apartments), complete with everything you need for laundry, as well as a clothesline for drying clothes. Everything you need for laundry will always be available to you free of charge. An iron and ironing board are also provided in the apartment. Other things to note There is no parking within the walled city, as it is a pedestrian zone. If you are traveling by car, you will need to park at the foot of the walls. There is free parking available during the low season, but paid parking is available during the high season (at affordable prices). The advantage of staying at my house is that, once you've settled in, you won't need to move your car, as we are right in the city center. If you have luggage, we will arrange for your car to be allowed access to the house for loading and unloading. We will need your license plate number 72 hours in advance. The access code to retrieve the keys (key box at the door) will be provided once the registration form is completed and the accommodation is ready for your arrival, which is always on the day of your arrival.
