The apartment has an entrance hallway leading to an open plan kitchen/diner and living space, with wall mounted TV, L-shape sofa bed, dining table and chairs to seat 4. Kitchenette with kettle, toaster, 2 ring electric hob, oven, washer dryer, microwave, fridge with ice box and slimline dishwasher, variety of crockery and cutlery. Two double bedrooms, mirror, chest of drawers (in bedroom one) hanging rail, bedside tables and lamps and complimentary sleep packs. The shower room has a corner shower unit, wc, mirror, heated towel rail & hand soap. Electric heating. Secondary glazing. Towels and linen is provided. Please note there is no luggage storage available prior to check in. There is no lift. There may be signs of wear and tear that does not affect the overall comfort and functionality of the property. Notice of Exterior Work Exterior maintenance will take place from 17th October 2025 to 8th November 2025. Scaffolding will be at the rear of the building, where windows are located. Guests may experience some disruption, including noise, protective coverings on windows, and contractors working on the scaffolding. To reflect this, the nightly rate has been reduced.
