Made for indoor outdoor wine country living with panoramic views.‍ What We Love About This Home This luxurious compound features a 3,500 square foot stucco main residence with 4 sleeping areas: The huge primary suite in the main house, a spacious guest house with 2 bedrooms each with their own private bathroom,  and a pool house with a sleeper bed and a full bathroom. ‍ Interior Details The main house has one large primary suite with full bath, media room, large living room, dining room, chef's kitchen and 2 half bathrooms, several fireplaces and soaring ceilings. The home features inviting designer furnishings and decor, high end finishes and terracotta tiled floors throughout.‍ There is a 2 bedroom guest house with two separate queen bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, each with their own en-suite full bathroom and a shared small living room. There is a pool house, listed here as Bedroom 4, that has a queen sofa bed and private full bathroom **Note there is only a sofa bed in this room for bedding** Exterior Details Made for indoor outdoor wine country living, you will savor the panoramic views over the Valley of the Moon to the hills to the east from numerous patios and outdoor gathering spaces including a large outdoor dining table under a wisteria covered pergola. Enjoy the lap pool, spa, primary bedroom hot tub and bocce court.  For those looking for local activities, the Jack London state park hiking trails are just minutes from the house. The villa is just minutes to the wine tasting rooms and restaurants of Glen Ellen and Sonoma.‍ Guests staying at Morningside Estate will enjoy access to BeautifulPlaces pre-arrival assistance. Overnight and day time occupancy is limited to 8 guests, and rental guests must observe quiet hours between 9:00pm and 9:00 am. Pets not allowed. The pool is heated Memorial Day through September. Note that the pool is not fenced or covered.
