With a total surface area of 600m2, the chateau comprises 3 salons, including a TV lounge, a reception room and a reading room with a large concert piano; a grand dining room and a large kitchen is opening onto a panoramic terrace, the kitchen is fully equipped with two fridges, oven, microwave, gas hob, Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee maker… From a majestic stone staircase, the five double bedrooms offer the comfort of excellent bedding and each has an individual bathroom and a magnificent view. In front of the castle, the garden is framed by two terraces, one of which is covered for al fresco dining with its barbecue, plancha and wood-burning oven. At the rear of the chateau, on the kitchen side, a magnificent panoramic terrace overlooks the “jardin à la française”, a dining table and other deckchairs await guests for further moments of relaxation. A superb swimming pool secured by a gate will invite you to “farniente” in this place full of history. The property also offers entertainment areas with its petanque court and a ping pong table. Situated in the centre of a medieval village with spectacular views over the countryside, this house is within easy walking distance of the village shops and restaurants. The village of Saint Siffret is only 8 minutes drive from Uzes. The caretakers live on the property and share only the entrance gate. A car is recommended to visit the area.
