This historic craftsman house sits on one of the best beaches in Santa Cruz, Seabright Beach. The classic and stylish house provides an atmosphere unmatched by most other vacation rentals. Built in 1928, the 2-story house sits on a corner lot with 3600 square feet of living space. The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, hot tub, basement with pool/ping pong table, separate TV room with 75' HDTV, large living room, dining room and master bedroom with expansive beach views. The space There is also a fully detached garage for your car and there is a Charge Point Level 2 Electrical Charging Station for your electric vehicle. Guest access You will have access to the house via keypads. There are 4 doors on the main house with the same keypad, as well as the garage. Other things to note Security/damage deposit of $1000 is required Please note that during the summer and most holidays, we have 7-night minimum. We do make exceptions so please ask.
