Make yourself at home in a spacious, clean and comfortable downtown Boulder home. The house is full of natural light and tons of healthy house plants. This is not a full time rental property so it's vibey and stocked with literally everything you could need for your stay. We hope you enjoy feeling like a local and dropping into life on a super idyllic tree lined downtown Boulder avenue. The space This is my actual home, I live here full time so I cannot promise I will be able to vacate per your request, and am not inclined to offer further discounts for long term rental. Full of natural sunlight, Mapleton Manor is clean, comfortable and serene. Cook a meal at home with a professional grade newly remodeled kitchen or treat yourself to a home practice in a bright and cheerful yoga / lounge room. Relax on the top deck or lounge in the sunroom while reading a book. A beautiful and comfortable house with an open floor plan, several lounge areas, wet bar, wine/beer fridge, and family style seating in the sun room. Upstairs primary bedroom and attached bath comes with a king-size Tempurpedic (The Rhapsody) mattress, glass shower, jacuzzi tub, and fireplace that looks into the bedroom. Downstairs bedroom and detached bath has a queen size mattress, closet and full bath. The front room has a super comfortable queen size pullout sofa bed with privacy shades on french glass doors. The house can really sleep more than four family members comfortably, however there are only two beds — three if you count the pullout sofa bed. The upstairs TV room has a day bed and a very comfortable sectional, as well as a couple more couches downstairs. The house can sleep up to eight family members if need be. The listing price is for four people or six family members, any guests above six will require approval and an additional charge. If sharp knives, good lighting and heaps of natural light turn you on, then this is the home for you! :) Important house rules. No one is allowed inside the house that is not part of the reservation without pre-approval. If you have additional people over, without pre-approval, a $50 charge (per person) will be submitted for each time they visit. Point of story = ask me if you want to have additional people over. I'm reasonable, but this is not a party house and not even an 'after football game gathering' house without my permission. Obviously I am saying this because I have had folks take advantage and trash my house. I am very reasonable if we discuss first. I really appreciate your cooperation and understanding on this. OPEN TO DOGS on case-by-case basis — sorry I’m allergic to cats. Will consider WELL trained and fully housebroken dogs only and there will a $120 additional dog cleaning fee as well as a required $500 pet security deposit (sent directly to me) that you will get back once my home has been returned in good condition. Per Boulder Zoning, I can rent to a maximum of three unrelated guests or a related family of up to eight. DOGS We love dogs and welcome them into our home on a case-by-case basis, as long as they don’t bark excessively while left alone and are 100% house broken. There is an additional $120 pet cleaning fee PER DOG to be collected prior to your arrival. It is your responsibility to make sure your dogs do not destroy or soil anything in the house. If you have medium to large dogs, please keep them off the furniture. Please make sure to pick up dog waste in the backyard prior to leaving. Thank you for your consideration with all of this.
