Our cozy, work-friendly studio may be the best place for you :) We are conveniently located along Roxas Boulevard, and is only 10 minutes to US Embassy and tourist attractions such as Bay area, Manila Ocean Park, Rizal Park, Fort Santiago, Intramuros, Manila Zoo, National Museum and so much more! Also 20 minutes to all Airport Terminals, 15 minutes to the biggest mall in Asia, SM Mall of Asia! The space Our place is a 27 sq.m. studio condo unit on the 37th floor of Breeze Residences on Roxas Boulevard. Our space is ideal for 1 person or couple, but if group of 3 do not mind squeezing a bit for a cheaper deal, this is it! The sofa size is equivalent to a single bed, it is 39" wide and 5'4" long :) THE BEDROOM ✔ Double-sized Bed (54 inches x 75") with thick comforter and bed-side table ✔ 4 Ultra-soft, fluffy pillows ✔ Fresh Linens ✔ Wall Wardrobe for Clothes ✔ Iron & Ironing Board LIVING & DINING AREA ✔ Our sofa serves as additional sleeping bed at night for a 3rd person (it is 39" wide and 5'4" long) ✔ 40" Wall-mounted TV with FREE Youtube & Netflix (unlimited movies!) ✔ 4-seater dining table and chairs perfect for enjoying meals THE KITCHENETTE — You may heat up your food using the small appliances. The only limitation we have is with the cooking. There are many fast food and restaurants you can order from and delivered straight to the ground floor lobby :) THE BATHROOM ✔ Hot, Warm, & Cold Shower with large shelf for toiletries ✔ Sink with Large Mirror and Shelf ✔ Toilet with strong Bidet ✔ Hair dryer ✔ Bath Towels for each guest ✔ Compleminetary Toiletries: rolls of tissue, shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, toothpaste, and a little extra for guest convenience :) ___________________________________________________________ AMENITIES FOR GUEST ACCESS ✔ SWIMMING POOLS A & B — Swimming Pools are currently open to both residents and guests and located on the 8th floor with a picturesque view of Manila bay and the city. Also has seating areas and playground for kids! :) — Requirements before Swimming: Pre-registration and Payment is required to be done before swimming. The pool is open from 7 AM to 9 PM. It costs 150 PHP per person per day on regular days, and 300 PHP for holidays. — When & Where to Pre-Sign-Up & Pre-Pay: at the condo admin office on the 2nd floor during office hours: — Mondays to Fridays from 9 AM to 5 PM (non-holidays) — Saturdays 9:00 am to 1:00pm (non-holiday) — Sunday and Holidays - office is closed — located on the 2nd floor in Breeze Residences — Please be sure to sign up in advance - 1 day advance registration is required. — Pool access is limited to 4 guests per studio unit. ✔ POOL MAINTENANCE / they may be closed due inclement weather, repairs, and regular cleaning. — Swimming Pool A (Mall of Asia side) - closed every Monday, subject to change / other pool is available — Swimming Pool B (CCP side) - closed every Tuesday, subject to change / other pool is available ___________________________________________________________ ✔ FREE MID-STAY CLEANINGS For guests staying atleast 5 nights, we provide free cleaning and complimentary change of linens, sheets, and towels in the middle of your stay. This shall be scheduled at the guest's preferred time in advance. Our staff may be required to travel from a distant condo location and will need to be scheduled beforehand. For cleanings outside of schedules or upon guest's request, we charge a standard fee of 700 PHP for a 2-hour cleaning that also includes changing of sheets and towels. ___________________________________________________________ We are committed to hosting guests responsibly. We follow Airbnb, local regulations, and the building management's protocol for short-term hosts. Some limitations have been set to maintain the privacy and interests of both residents and guests. ___________________________________________________________ PARKING ONSITE - 2ND FLOOR Parking - First Come, First Served basis — Pay parking in the building is very limited. Waiting is inevitable during rush hours and night time (after 4pm onwards) when people come home and leave their cars. Rate is Php 30 for the first 2 hours and P20 every succeeding hour. — Parking lots are located on the 2nd level of the building. OFFSITE Other nearby pay parking is at Harbour Square beside CCP Complex (700 meters away). There are pay parking sites in the area, but not within walking distance. Hence, not recommended due to safety and security reasons. Other things to note — Smoking is not permitted inside the unit. The designated smoking area is outside, behind the mall on the ground floor. Please ask security for directions. — Breeze mall is on the ground floor. You will find a Alfamart convenience store, bank, atms, nails parlor, tour office, money remittance inside the mall. — NOTE that we limit cooking for short-staying guests. From experience, it takes time to get rid of the odor from cooking. Besides, potentially attracting pests, ants and flies. This has lead to some serious complaints from the next guests. As an alternative, feel free to bring in ready-to-eat foods, dine outside or order from different fast-food restaurants on FoodPanda or GrabFood. Delivery drop-off point is outside the lobby. We understand that it could be very expensive to buy your food outside. For longer staying guests with a minimum of 4 days, we can provide a small cooking set for 100 per day. — The cooking set includes a knife, chopping board, a compatible medium frying pan, a compatible medium pot, cooking turners and ladles, and lastly, the single burner electric induction cooker. Pre-arrangement is recommended. We only ask that you do not leave your food and dirty dishes out for too long to keep the unit pest-free. Roaches, ants and flies will find their way in if we let our guards down.
