Modern apartment at the Alexbad with south balcony The space When furnishing our cozy 2-room apartment, we have placed great emphasis on comfort and high-quality furnishings. This has created a cozy retreat, which also includes a small south-facing balcony with a view, gas grill and seating area. In the living area, a bio-ethanol wall fireplace provides additional coziness during the cold season. The beautiful real wood parquet and the bright work area with desk and Wi-Fi complete the room. The new kitchen was expertly planned by the kitchen builder, custom-made and leaves nothing to be desired. The also custom-made built-in closets in the bedroom and entrance area provide plenty of storage space and order. A cozy bedroom with an excellent box spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm) offers the optimal basis for good sleep. The new bathroom with walk-in shower, rain shower and large mirror was designed in a timeless sandstone look. With both current Samsung TVs (in the sleeping and living area), data streaming is of course possible (Netflix, Prime, etc.) A parking space in the in-house underground garage completes the offer. Conveniently located between Bayreuth, Hof and Eger, an ideal location for countless leisure activities: The Ochsenkopf ski resort is almost outside the door, the beautiful Alexbad is in the immediate vicinity, the Fahrenbach Golf Club is just a few minutes' drive away.
