The second bedroom includes 1 queen and 1 twin bed with a flat screen tv. The third bedroom located off of the living room has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed and has a flat screen tv. The hall bathroom has a combination tub and shower. The living room includes a large flat screen TV with Blueray player and comfy seating with built in USBs to charge your portable devices. Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The dining area makes for an amazing space to eat at the custom crafted wooden dining table, or to play games on the seashell checker board The kitchen is well appointed and offers everything you need to host a scrumptious meal for the guests of your group. The back patio area has a nice seating area there is a gas grill available. The garage offers a ping pong table and parking for 1 car, there is plenty of parking in the driveway as well. Laundry is available and located in the garage. Beach chairs, beach towels, toys, and boogie boards for guest use to enjoy your day on the beach. If these tasks are not completed, a fee of up to $200 may be added to your reservation. Required Checkout Tasks: In general, you are required to leave the home in a reasonable and tidy manor, excessively dirty homes could result in an additional charge. Load and start the dishwasher (and hand wash any remaining dishes) Take out all trash and place it in the designated outdoor bins Turn off lights, appliances, and thermostats Lock all doors and windows Return any provided keys as instructed Allowing entry of a pet into a non-pet friendly home will result in a $500.00 special Cleaning Fee. Smoking in or allowing smoke odors to enter any of our homes will result in a $500.00 Cleaning Fee. By booking this stay, you acknowledge these tasks are required. If they are not completed, an additional cleaning fee may apply. Homes left in poor condition or without completing the required checkout tasks may also result in your guest profile being flagged, added to our “Do Not Rent” list, or restricted from booking any of our managed homes offered by any of our rental companies.
