The Modern & Recycled House is a beautiful, romantic and charming open space flat. There are floor to ceiling windows surrounding half the apartment, allowing you to get all the light and the outside view if you wish so.It was built from scratch and combines recycled (made by us) materials with modern pieces. Located right in the heart of the quiet and beautiful town of Machico, its about 50 meters from the beach (rocky and sandy) door to door with great restaurants.The Airport 5 minutes away. The space This apartment is spacious and has a small balcony with a wonderful view of both the sea and mountains, which also overlooks one of the most iconic cultural sites in Machico (Our Lady of Amparo Fort built in 1706) . The apartment consists of one bedroom, two bathrooms (one of them private) Kitchen (fully equipped) and a huge room that includes a billiard table. 5 will be as many people that this apartment can accommodate . Despite having one bedroom, we prepare the apartment to be flexible (over sized custom made sofas transformed into beds) allowing for more guests to sleep comfortably . For those who want privacy 4 would be ideal . This space was prepared for you to feel at home. All the details are important and have been thought of with our guests comfort in mind. Upon arrival we will have a welcome surprise awaiting. Other things to note Due to the situation of covid-19 we decided to adopt some health, hygiene and safety measures on our property. 1 - The apartment will be properly disinfected and clean by the standards of WHO (World Health Organization), 2 - The apartment only will be occupied for other clients, 48 hours after the last check-out. 3 - As an exception, and if the client so wishes, we will provide breakfast and dinner by appointment. This service will have an extra cost of 5€ per person breakfast and 10€ per person for dinner. My mother will be the chef 😊 4 - We also inform that the floor and Common surfaces in the buildiing will be disinfected several times a day. 5 - The use of masks by the host and guest at check-in and check-out is mandatory, or every time They meet.
