Our apartment located at Balcarce and Mendoza is extremely convenient for individuals visiting the city for business, courses, or those wanting to explore the main tourist attractions. Situated right in the heart of downtown, it's close to most administrative, educational, culinary, and tourist hotspots. We prioritize the functionality and simplicity of the space, ensuring you'll find all the essentials for a comfortable and worry-free stay. The space New studio apartment in tower 2, 1st floor via stairs, with a large window facing an internal courtyard; Amenities: Electric stovetop, electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, smart TV with Chromecast (no cable), WIFI, air conditioning (hot/cold), basic dishware and kitchen essentials, table, chairs, and a double bed; Provided items include sheets, blankets, 1 set of towels and a larger towel per person; toilet and kitchen paper, detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and liquid hand soap. While space is limited, we can accommodate up to 3 people by adding an extra mattress on the floor. Other things to note We are a family-run venture managing apartments for temporary tourist rentals.
