During your stay We remain available for any needs and requirements by phone call or message. We will also communicate by phone for check-in. Check-in is very simple from 2:30 p.m. onwards: as soon as you arrive, we will send you the opening code for the main gate and the security door that allows access to the assigned room on your smartphone. At this stage, we require a front-back photo of your ID. For check-out, you can simply leave the room keys in the lock or on the desk (by 9:30 a.m.). Other things to note - The health, safety, and well-being of our guests is of the utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. - Being a very historic building, it does not have an elevator but stairs that are less easy for those with motor problems. - Check-in takes place remotely via a code provided before arrival. - Because of the ZTL in the historic center, if you have a car, we recommend parking in Piazza Matteotti/Via Garibaldi/Via Maggio/Via Filangieri/Via Arnaldo da Brescia and nearby.
