Cozy 3 bed/2 bath Homestay. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen, BBQ at covered patio with awesome views and convenient location in Ballard! (Solvang) Walking distance to Rideau, Buttonwood, Lincourt winery and a bit further Bob's Well Bread. Free use of our bicycles! 5 min by car to the centers of Solvang, Los Olivos and Santa Ynez. 30-45 min to Santa Barbara Beaches! Transient Occupancy Tax (14%) is included in short term advertised rate and longer stay discounts are automatically applied. The space Our gated Solar Powered property is approached by 1/4 mile of driveway lined with 25+ foot tall cypress trees. This 3bed/2bath home is about 300 feet from our Main House. It has a well equipped Chef's kitchen, dining table for 6 people, whole house water filter, WiFi, smart TV in living room and comfortable L shaped couch. Super comfy beds! King size bed in Master, Queen size in both other bedrooms. All have TV's with cable service. Nice covered patio with outdoor seating, dinning table and BBQ and awesome mountain views. Darts game, Corn Hole game and Foosball table in the Garage. Walking distance to wineries, 6 bicycles to use at no charge, etc... Guest access There is a beautiful pond on the property with water fall that our guests may enjoy during daylight. It has its own little beach and boat docked on the beach. The water fall also acts as an aeration and filtration system for the Fish. (Bluegill and catfish, etc) ** Kids under 12 years of age, only allowed with responsible adult supervision. **No swimming or entering the pond allowed! (Sorry, boat is only for pond service and decoration.) Other things to note ** We have a 2 day minimum rental. Rental rates vary. Santa Barbara County Transient Occupancy Tax (14%) is included in our short term advertised rate! Discount of 15% for 7 or more days or 30% for full month bookings are automatically applied when entering your dates. An Iron, Ironing Board and Hair Dryer are at our home for our guests to use during their stay! The Gas BBQ on the patio is free to use and propane is included! Our bicycles are available at no charge to our guests but at their own risk! Guests are responsible for bringing bicycles back intact! Flats are $20/tire. We have basic bicycle locks and a few helmets available, or you may bring your own! For Guests with a Baby: A Pack 'N Play- Napper and a Baby High Chair is available at no charge.
