We are pleased to welcome you to Elerkin house which is located in the picturesque village of Esh. The house offers a relaxing environment for you to enjoy; spacious accommodation; beautiful views of the countryside; country walks; and a welcoming village pub . The house is situated 5 miles from Durham city centre. as well as being conveniently located for Newcastle, Bishop Auckland and Weardale. The space The house was fully renovated in 2017 and the top floor enjoys beautiful views of the countryside. The two bedrooms and bathroom are on the ground floor. The first bedroom has a super-king size bed (which can also be made into two single beds on request), and the second bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom has a bath and shower. The first floor features an open plan living space with beautiful views of the countryside. The kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, fan oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a large dining table which can seat 6 people or be used as a desk.
