Each townhome has 2 levels of ocean frontage, with a spacious open floorplan & floor to ceiling windows allowing our guests to soak in the beautiful water & sunset views. Ground Level Convenient entries are off the ground level, which houses the main living areas & kitchens. Each kitchen comes fully equipped with high end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, Italian tile flooring, separate bar facing the ocean, & dining with seating for 4. Off the kitchen is a living room with sofa sleepers & flat screen TV. Rounding out the downstairs is a full bath with standing shower, washer/dryer, beach gear, & sliding glass doors that lead to your private and exclusive front porch & easy beach access. Second Level The second floors in each unit house the bedroom(s) & additional bathrooms. Each bedroom has their own TV & ensuite bathroom, and the luxury master retreats have an ocean view bar seating area (Surf Style 1 townhome has a special outdoor ocean front balcony!).
