15 minutes walk from the cobbled streets of York's historic centre and 5 minutes walk to the river, our house is just off pretty Clifton Green. Our recently renovated 2-bedroom house has a living room, a dining room and a separate, fully equipped kitchen. It is professionally cleaned before every check-in, so is spotlessly clean. We are very happy to share our recommendations for places to eat, drink and visit. The space About our house: - Full of period features including original fireplaces. - Furnished extremely comfortably, with good-sized beds. - Separate living room with two sofas, flatscreen TV, DVD player, books and games. - Separate dining room with dedicated work / desk area. - Pretty courtyard garden that is a sun trap in the afternoon and evening. - Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils, crockery, glasses, pots and pans you'll ever need (we think!) as well as a kettle, toaster, microwave and other amenities. - Bathroom toiletries, towels, bed linen etc all provided. - Free unlimited WIFI throughout the house. Guest access The entire house is at your disposal. 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and private garden. Other things to note Parking permits are available from us for £7 per day (as we arrange them from the council for you) to park on the street outside the house - alternatively, there is free parking on a number of streets less than 5 minutes walk from the front door. The house is very close to some of the University of York buildings, the independent Quaker Bootham School and St. Peter's School. Also just 10 minutes from York Hospital.
