It has new windows, central heating / AC as well as a Mitsubishi separate AC / Heating unit on 3rd floor. There is a private lock on the bedroom door. The closet has storage for clothing and suitcases. The new bathroom with beautiful walk in shower is adjacent to the bedroom and is shared with the other Air BnB room if it's booked. There is a mini fridge/freezer in the room and dishes and cutlery in the hallway. High speed internet is available. Guest access You will be given your own code to the front door and a key to your private room. The 3rd floor is used exclusively for guests. The bedroom is equipped with a mini-fridge and you will have access to a microwave, dishes and cutlery and complimentary coffee/tea for your convenience. High speed internet is available. During your stay Richard works from home and is available to answer any questions you may have. We have lived in Toronto for 40 years and know the city well.
