Experience minimalistic living with all the mod-cons, well away from city traffic noise. The space is compact but fully functional for a family of up to 6 (ideally 2 adults & 4 children), incl bathroom, full kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 TVs, wifi, heating & aircon, and breakfast provisions right in your own space. Private yard is fully fenced, parking area for 2 cars. Guest's shared facilities include an undercover spa/hot tub, games hut, volleyball yard, trampoline and play areas. The space The downstairs space contains a compact kitchen and dining area, bathroom, hallway linen shelves, and private parents room with Queen bed and 55" smart TV on wifi. Up the central carpeted stairs, is the upper mezzanine under low roofline, with 4 single beds for the kids, and a TV that you can plug your own games console into, or bring your DVDs for the kids. Out front is a covered porch/verandah with sofas for relaxing. In Summer the blinds can be left open for a cool breeze. In winter it can be fully enclosed for warmth or for the family pet, and has a heater positioned over the couches. The yard is fully fenced to 1m (3 foot) high, with a self-closing gate, so your dogs will be nice and safe. The Tiny House is located at the rear of the Lodge B&B, with it's own private parking area. The shared spa and BBQ facilities are at the front of the Lodge B&B. Packing for a Tiny House stay is similar to a campervan - its álways better to pack clothes in duffel bags rather than hard suitcases, so they can fit into smaller spaces - eg under beds, on shelves, or in smaller wardrobe spaces. Guest access There is a private gravel carpark right out the front of your Tiny House, which can park up to 2-3 cars. Other things to note Just be aware of the small carpeted stairs to the mezzanine, however both sides are walled for safety for the little ones.
