Pets are generally not allowed, but exceptions may be made upon discussion. Pets are not to be left alone. The property has a separate guest house with its own yard and entrance (part-time Airbnb), and a rarely-used in-law unit reserved for the owner and family. Guest access On the day of check in I will contact the guest and let them know how to get in the house. I like to do a walk thru when the guest checks in to confirm the condition of home. If I am unable to make this happen, then I ask the guest to do a walk-thru and let me know right away if there is anything that needs to be addressed. Other things to note There are no pets on the property currently and I don’t usually take pets but am open to discussing it as I understand that having pets is part of a family. There is a darling guest house in the back that has its own yard space. It is a part-time airbnb as well. They have their own access and yard separate from the main house. There is also a small in-law unit that is used sometimes. It's located on the side of the house and has a separate entrance and access from the main house. It used to be used as an Airbnb but I keep it reserved for me or my family and is rarely used.
