Beautiful apartment with terrace - Prime location!
This is a bright and comfortable fifth floor apartment with a large terrace, on the edge of the old city and next to the famous La Bretxa market. Dating to 1870 with retail shops & food stalls including fishmongers & butchers, the market is a hive of activity every day of the week. Both beaches are a short walk away and the world-renowned bars and restaurants are literally on your doorstep. Enjoy the spacious, sunny terrace while being in the heart of the city. The Old Part is the most visited place in Donostia / San Sebastián. It is located in the foothills of Mount Urgull, crammed into the harbour and the estuary of the River Urumea. The Old Part hosts two of the most relevant religious sanctuaries in the city: the basilica of Santa María del Coro and the church of San Vicente. Likewise, the San Telmo Museum, located in an old convent, and the Plaza de la Constitución Square, core of the city's cultural activities with its colourful facades, numbers painted in each wall, reminds us that it was a bullring in past times. The city was rebuilt following the 1813 fire and its streets; full of shops, restaurants and bars offering pintxos (miniature culinary masterpieces) and gastronomy societies present a lively atmosphere throughout the year. The closest parking is Parking Boulevard. The cheapest parking in the city is Parking Txofre, about a 15-minute walk to the apartment. The bus depot and train station is a short walk down the river. For your convenience, we offer a self check-in, using your cell phone and codes. As you can imagine, tourist apartments can cause some issues in the building. We ask that you please respect the neighbors and come and go quietly from the apartment. After 10pm there are quiet hours.
