The space This is modern and spacious 5 bedroom holiday villa with private pool located in the lovely place of Mlini and only 9 km from the Old Town - historical center of Dubrovnik The convenient location means you are only a short stroll from the sandy beaches, restaurants and bars and therefore would be an ideal option for those looking to be close to modern conveniences. The ground floor features a stylish living room with direct access to the terrace and pool—perfect for indoor-outdoor relaxation. There are two bedrooms on this level: one with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, and another with twin beds that can be converted into a king if needed. A well-appointed family bathroom serves this area. The kitchen is modern, and fully equipped with high-end appliances and all the conveniences guests might need during their stay. The first floor has two spacious en-suite bedrooms king size, one bedroom with twin beds ( these can be converted to king-size beds if needed ) and a separate WC. On this floor there is also open plan area (kitchen and living room) with a large terrace and spectacular sea view. In front of this amazing villa is large terrace with swimming pool and sea view. Swimming pool is surrounded by sun beds and terrace furniture. Aside of the house is gazebo with large dining table with chairs. This corner is perfect for having joint meals or group gatherings. Take a wander into the Mlini bay further to explore the cafes, bars and restaurants and of course the beautiful beaches or you can take a short cruise to Old city of Dubrovnik from the Mlini harbor. Guest access The entire villa and swimming pool are exclusively yours.
