This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 7 with a king bed, twin-over-full bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. It has been recently updated with modern furnishings, fresh paint, lighting, and stainless steel appliances. Ideally located in River Run Village, you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs. The space The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features hardwood floors, modern furnishings, and a large flat screen TV above the gas fireplace. Relax on the brand new leather couch, which includes a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are stored in a closet. Just off the living area, you will also find a private balcony that offers mountain views and seating for two. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area features a brand new dining table that provides seating for four. The first of two full bathrooms is just off the living area and features a pedestal sink, vanity lighting, and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, mounted TV, hardwood floors, and en suite bathroom. The bed includes storage and mounted lamps, perfect for reading in bed! There is also a dresser and a closet for storage of additional personal items. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination, and a water closest for added privacy. The spacious guest bedroom provides a twin-over-full bunk bed, a mounted flat screen TV, dresser, and closet for storage. Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking. **Ultra-premium Linens and Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ultra-premium linens and ivory white bedding. HOTELS Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In our vacation rentals you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel should it have comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More space means daily housekeeping is not a cost-effective option, not to mention it would infringe on the home-like feel and added privacy a vacation rental offers. Here's what you can expect at one of our vacation rentals. We offer a departure clean and a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more. To restock or purchase any other needed items, we encourage guests to visit the local grocery store or take advantage of a grocery delivery service. We also offer 24/7 customer service with a full staff during the day and emergency on-call support overnight. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and maintenance services, but these are primarily for vacation rentals in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck the right balance as most of our guests are satisfied with their stays.
