Apartment MARIA

With a lot of work, sweat and love, our 2 apartments Rosl and Maria were created in 2021. Our Villa Laas is located directly on the ski slope and has a great view of the mountain, which can be admired from the balcony. Dear holiday guests, You have probably already seen in the press that gas costs have increased by up to 400% in some cases. In order to continue to enable you to experience the fireplace, we unfortunately have to limit the operating hours from 7 pm to 10 pm. We are very sorry! The space Both apartments are 130 square meters and have 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a fireplace. To round off the day, a bathtub invites you to relax.  Whether hiking, cycling or skiing, your belongings are in good hands in our lockable ski and bicycle room. The apartments Rosl and Maria are independent units for max. 6 people, but can also be rented together if the number of people is higher. Guest access Each apartment has 2 parking spaces next to the house. Other things to note Additional fees. €2.10/night adult €1.05/night child (from 6 years old, from the 3rd child free) The tourist tax is levied by the city of Oberwiesenthal, and is paid by us directly to the municipality. Since we are not on site ourselves, the tourist tax is due by bank transfer or PayPal no later than 2 days before arrival.
