Very quiet neighborhood in Upper mountains of beautiful Rosetta Canyon. Perfectly located nearby for a day at Disneyland ,Knotts Berry Farm, Magic Mountain, Temecula Wine Country. It is a very quiet community! You will hardly ever hear noises. Right outside the home, within walking distance, you will find a cute little park to spend the afternoon at. It is practically 3 blocks away from the freeway 15. Everything is very close by; from a variety of places to eat, supermarkets, and gas stations. It is at an excellent location, lots of malls and outlets close by, along with several places to go and get pampered at; and if that wasn't enough you could always go to the near by lake, casino, winery, etc. Coachella is 58 miles away!!! There is local Rollerskating, Trampoline Parks, Hot Air Balloon Rides or SKY DIVING! (even the Big Bear snow day trips during some of our heavy winter months) but most importantly we are around an hour from the most beautiful, stunning California beaches, such as Dana Point Harbor , Hunington Beach or San Diego. Rent a a boat or kayak or even WHALE WATCH, or go roller skating or roller-blading while enjoying the time of your life! There are also beautiful hiking and bike trails , playgrounds and skate parks for all ages of children. Stay in this beautiful home for a trip to remember! Your best option is to rent a car at the airport for better accessibility. The closest ones are Ontario, Tijuana, LAX and San Diego. Nonetheless, in the city of Lake Elsinore you can also find several rental car companies. Uber would be your next best option but it is a little more expensive to be going from place to place in them. There are a total of 2 parking spots on the street and 2 in the main parking area outside of the house. Total of 4 aprox. maybe more. The home is close to 15fwy and HWY 74 near the Lake Elsinore campground and boating waterway now OPEN! There is a scenic mountain drive through the Ortega Highway HWY 74 that allows you to get to Orange County and beach cities in less than an hour, traffic permitting. Temecula Wine Country sits to the south only 35-45 min away with wine tasting and brewery's in the area as well, along with some of the most unique food choices anywhere! San Diego is 69 miles away and a well known - amazing get away, see the Brewery's with an added specialty day- fishing trips. we are centrally near it all! To the North, Los Angeles is only about 1.5 hours. East bound is World renowned Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead mountains. Skiing, snowboarding and sightseeing trips are to be planned seasonally. Extra thing to note, Late / Early checkout unauthorized extra guests are 90$ per person to per night please be sure and add all guest to reservation. If this changes during stay, just send a message prior to the stay and we will be happy to add them for the reservation fee. Check flexibility in check in or check out. Late checkouts: These are taken very seriously as we take our guests time safety and accommodation with the upmost care and attention. As stated there is an added charge 100per hour or portion of hour. Guest is responsible if reservation replacement is required due to an unauthorized late checkout that impacts the next guest. Please close windows & doors before leaving and be sure and turn off lights stove and fireplaces before sleeping or leaving property. Lastly, please do not put holes in walls for decorations or tape on the paint. We try to keep our property in pristine and beautiful condition for all of our guests. I do not ask that you spot clean the house but I would appreciate it if you just remove your trash and wash any dirty dishes. Please leave linens on beds as housekeeping will care for them.
