The oceanfront patio has a set of lounge chairs and a covered cedar Cabana with an L-shaped sofa, perfect for hanging out with family and giving shade on a sunny day. There is an extra large courtyard in the back of the house with a picnic table, umbrellas, a gas BBQ and a hose for washing off from the beach. There is a shared laundry room for guests that is located in the courtyard, just to the right of the garage. There is a small apartment over the detached garage on the street-side of the property (not included in this rental). The only shared space is the laundry room off of the courtyard. This house is within walking distance to local restaurants, the Balboa Island Ferry, boat rentals, shops and markets.
