Minnie's is a cosy home with a fantastic view of the loch and the hills. You will see sheep graze from your window and hear the seabirds. You will have a perfect view of the gorgeous skye sunsets from your bedroom. Free Wifi in all areas of the home. Central Heating. The space The Room is in an Old Dorran House built in the 60's which is is situated overlooking Loch Dunvegan with views of Macleods Tables. It is the perfect spot to watch the sea birds and even the occasional nosy seal. It is next door to the local petrol station who have just demolished a shed next door so it looks very unsightly. I currently have three rooms available for guests and each room has a private bathroom. In good weather you can sit at the picnic bench and enjoy the views of Loch Dunvegan and the Macleods Tables and have a glass of wine while watching the Sunset. It is on the main road and within walking distance of the Dunvegan Hotel and popular old school restaurant. Skye's oldest bakery is a 5 minute walk and Janns Cakes 5 minutes in the oppposite direction. (Speciality cakes and chocolates) Breakfast will be provided and will consist of Tea,Coffee, toast,cereal,porridge and yogurt, croissants and scones. If you have special dietary requirements please let me know. Some people have been taken to Mallaig by the GPS only to find there is no Ferry and the detour is about 116 miles so be aware!
