Due to zoning, we only accept tenants who will stay 3 months or more. Please only book this if you plan to stay 3 months or longer. spacious private one bedroom with located close to Clayton, Delmar loop and universities in University City, St Louis Missouri. House is beautiful with all bricks exterior. Free parking included. You can enjoy the whole kitchen, dinning and living area. Super easy check in process. Self check in instructions will be sent to you so no physical keys necessary. The space guests are welcome to use kitchen and dining room as long as keep the space clean. Thank you. Other things to note The bathroom is shared with other guests if there are other bookings in the house. We rent out three rooms on the first floor and normally there are three people at the same time. It may be busier during the weekends. Please note washer and dryer is for guests who booked over 7 days. please also bring your own laundry supplies when using the machine.
