Retreat house near the Rose Bowl

Wake up to the peaceful sound of birds chirping, go on a morning hike, and later enjoy the backyard. This mid-century house with hardwood and tile floors is two blocks from Hahamonga Park. 1.7 miles north of the Rose Bowl, you can walk or bike there. Minutes to JPL, Old Town, Huntington Library, Norton Simon Museum, and Caltech. Downtown L.A. 25 minutes by car/Gold Line Metro. This is a pet-friendly home. The pet fee is $75/per week. Stays over 28 days requires a short-term contract. The space Three bedroom house with only two people living in it part-time. We are not there when the house is rented but do use the house when not rented. Two of the three bedrooms are available to you. We keep one bedroom locked and the master bedroom has some of our clothes in it, but we are not in the house when it is rented out. House has a large backyard with bbq grill, outdoor furniture, an outdoor bar, and a hammock. Provide space in a pantry and a mostly empty refrigerator for your food/snacks. Ring doorbell. Guest access Keypad lock on the front door. Parking for two cars in the driveway, and plenty of street parking. **No parking in the garage** Other things to note About 1.7 miles from the Rose Bowl. Seven minutes driving to Old Town Pasadena and 25 to DTLA. Check-in between 3pm and 10pm Check-out is 11am. One hour early or late check-out may be available for a $25 per hour fee. We have a Ring doorbell and one surveillance camera outside at the main entrance. Pets must not be left unattended outside since we have coyotes. It is a quiet family neighborhood. Late-night or loud gatherings after 10 pm are not allowed. Although we thoroughly clean after each stay, it is a pet-friendly home and may not be suitable for guests with allergies.
