The apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet Art Nouveau apartment building, to which we are gradually restoring its original charm and purpose. The house was built in 1898 to accommodate tourists looking for the healing effects of Karlovy Vary's springs and forests. It is an ideal choice for all those looking for an apartment with the comforts of the city, but outside its hustle and bustle. The space The apartment has an area of 40m2 and is located on the ground floor of a quiet Art Nouveau apartment building, where permanent tenants and also the owners of the house live. In the hallway, you will find a built-in closet, on the right side there is a bathroom and on the left you enter a fully equipped kitchen and then a living room connected to the bedroom. In the living room, you will find one double bed and a sofa bed that sleeps 2 more people. The price also includes towels, shower and toiletries, coffee, tea, and complete kitchen equipment. Guest access Free street parking is available, it is a quiet and safe area. Just a 3-minute walk from the apartment is a public transport stop, from where you can reach the beginning of the spa zone of Karlovy Vary in 5 minutes, and the final station in the city's business center in 17 minutes. In the village there is a grocery store open 7 days a week, as well as a quality restaurant and a pleasant bar on the edge of the forest, which is open 24 hours a day. Other things to note Accommodation for less than 7 nights is self-service, i.e. without continuous cleaning or change of bed linen and towels. Cleaning takes place after the end of the stay.
