This home has a private back yard with a pool & hot tub, great sanctuary. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms upstairs, one is a master suite. There is a sixth room (office) on the main floor with a queen size murphy bed. The half bath is on the main floor. Private backyard with grill, firepit, ping pong and in-ground pool and hot tub. No amplified music is allowed. The pool, hot tub, grill, ping pong, patio furniture if more table space needed. I have a separate unit on the right side. It is private and completely separate from where you will be staying. My fiancé or I are there each day, need help? just ask. Nice very quiet neighborhood close to golf course, wineries, and about 2 miles from the Sonoma plaza. Note: we are not on a vineyard. Uber, Lyft, taxi, or shuttle. We have 3 driveway spots and ample street parking! Reasonable enjoyment of the backyard and pool is expected. Parties will be shut down, and reservations are terminated without a refund. Be respectful of our neighbors. Sonoma County enforced rules: - No Parties - No amplified Music unless played directly from your phone - No speakers. - Quiet Ordinance between 9 pm and 7am. All conversations need to be at a hushed volume. - All outdoor activities must come inside at 10 pm. If the police or Sonoma County is called, your security deposit will be forfeited, and reservation may be terminated without a refund.
