Central located house for big groups

We welcome all tradespeople and staff from different companies, as well as those looking to unwind for the weekend or organize a celebration. Our place offers ample living spaces, including a cozy living room with a TV. Nestled in a residential area, we are just a short trip from the city center, offering free on-street parking, and are close to Ikea, a shopping mall, and a large park. We aim to provide you with great accommodations in Bristol, along with good value and solid customer service. The space 290 FISHPONDS ROAD ,BS5 6RA. You park opposite whenever you find the space , on main road , my house is end of terrace house entrance just next to bus stop . 5 comfortable double bedrooms in a quiet house with a beautiful small garden close to city center. 1 room are located on the ground floor with TV works also as living room .(rooms 1 is step free) and another 2 rooms on the first floor with share bathroom .Rooms 4 and 5 are on second floor. Each bedroom could accommodate between 2-6 people and it includes, a laptop friendly workspace a chair to work, shelves and hanging space. We can accomodate up to 14 people , after 14, its additional cost of 50£ per head .  
There is free parking in the main street opposite the house entrance , which makes it ideal if you are planning to explore the surrounding areas with a car.Please make sure you not parking on my neighbours driveways !!
 Also if you decide not to drive , bus stop is just out side house and can take you to city centre in 10 minutes .Tea and coffee , available in the kitchen. You are more than welcome to prepare meals in our kitchen.
Clean toweling for you and bed sheet of high quality are provided.
The house is ideally located close to the historic city of Bristol. From our house it is ~30 minutes’ walk or ~10 minutes’ by bus or taxi to centre. Our house could be the perfect base for you to explore of this beautiful medieval city. The property is well placed for access to the region's main commuter routes and Bristol center with a bus service. There are very good local facilities and a parade of shops IKEA, MOTHER CARE, CABOT CIRCUS SHOPPING CENTRE. Guest access You can access the house and the rooms via lock box situated outside the house on the left of the building as you look the front side of the house. Room 1 is located on the ground floor and rooms 2-3 on the 1st floor. second floor rooms 4-6. You will be able to check in yourselves at any point after 16:00 of the day you arrive. Please be considerate of not making noise when you arrive after 10:00pm. 
Guests are free to use all shared areas at any time with respect to other guests in the house. There are 2 bathrooms in the house. One on each floor, allowing us to offer a male restroom and a female restroom on each floor. Please do respect the cleanliness of the space and leave the restroom tidy after your use. Other things to note We are working hard to retain our “super-host” status”, which means we need a high proportion of five-star reviews. Do let us know at once if you think we are falling short in any way, so that we can rectify the issue.

All the common areas are cleaned EVERY day. Given that this house is located in a residential area, in the case you are planning a dinner/ BBQ in the garden or other social activity - we would like to ask you to respect our neighbors and keep the noise level as low as possible especially after 21:00 pm.
